With respect to the labor -- all work is done on a volunteer basis by people that are users of the site or interested in seeing it grow. This is a great example of the re-birth of technology in that a community can form online and help one another out to make our lives easier!

We have discussed the option of providing a "premium" service that would eliminate the advertisements and provide some additional features. This is not something that interests us at this time, but we would be interested to hear your feedback on the option.
